To support the Communications Coordinator in the generation of content and transmission of the firm's DNA in the media by participating in the development and positioning of the brand.

Bachelor's degree in: Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Architecture, Graphic Design or related careers.

PROCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning:
    • Support in the generation of ideas and design proposals for the office.
    • Perform digital and physical search of information for digital content.
    • Participate in the creation of visual content for presentations of different areas of the company.
    • Follow up on publications, events and conferences that strengthen internal and external communication.
    • Implement communication strategies for the firm, aligned to the objectives.
    • Align content to the design line guided by the Communication Coordinator.
  • Internal/external communication:
    • Develop descriptive texts for publications
    • Follow up with suppliers/publishers.
    • Generate deliverables (delivery book, deliverables, deliverables, portfolio and publications).
    • Coordinate publications, ensuring their quality until final printing.
    • Feed the learning collection.
    • Prepare monthly publication schedule.
    • Perform constant benchmarking with other firms or workshops.
    • Disseminate publications authorized by the General Management and Communication Coordinator in selected media.
    • Analyze and report statistics and visits to digital media.
    • Creation of content and graphic material for the communication of the office's ideas.
    • Coordinate printing of office stationery.
    • Provide support in the development of office presentations, delivery book and portfolios.
    • Accomplish the development and completion of activities and work programs in a timely manner.
    • Support in the design and dissemination of internal and external newsletters.
  • Events/Contests/Linkage:
    • Maintain control of events, contests, scholarships, awards, biennials, conferences and universities.
    • Participate in planning and organizing events and experiences for clients.
    • Quote with suppliers materials for events, contests, conferences, gifts.
    • Coordinate with Administration to pay suppliers.
    • Follow up with suppliers.
    • Integrate information to CRM.
  • Think Tank:
    • Participate in the search and follow-up of scholarships, grants and research funds.
    • Provide support in the research of the Think Tank area.
    • Follow up on conferences and forums for the presentation of ideas and work of the firm.
    • To follow up on the search for universities or institutions of the guild, to attract talent.
  • Business development:
    • Participate in the search for tenders and bids based on the guidelines transmitted by Communication Coordinator.
    • Support in the development of customer prospecting events.
