Hannah

How can you intervene a place that is already a success by itself without altering its essence? This project is about the integration of a hotel for one of the most recognized sun clubs in Mexico, Hannah.

Located in one of the most privileged areas of the Bay of Acapulco, Hannah receives thousands of visitors a year, both local and foreign. In this new intervention, a hotel is projected that seeks to provide a proposal that adds value to the existing, taking advantage of an unoccupied property of the property.

The space is carefully organized in response to three fundamental premises: views, privacy and entertainment.

Being a completely open space with panoramic ocean views; the project focused on generating a building with these same characteristics, the formal conception of its architecture was based on the idea of ensuring that all rooms enjoy the same benefits and access to the views, through a staggered design that generates balconies that offer total privacy, this same distribution generates interior corridors and a lobby with a commercial area that includes restaurants.

As part of the creative process, artificial intelligence was implemented, which provided important benefits in the materialization of pre-existing ideas, treating it as an additional work tool instead of a concept generator and using it as a bridge between conception and materialization.

This intervention is an example of how continuity can be given to a place and an experience without modifying its essence.
